Nifty edges higher, Bank of Baroda falls on Asset Quality Concerns
Nifty fluctuated between gains and losses and ended up by 17 points led by energy and FMCG stocks. Bank of Baroda fell 9% on asset quality concerns.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were buyers to the tune of Rs 608 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 622 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs sold 342 contracts of Index Futures and sold 7,569 contracts of Index calls.
They also bought 13,338 contracts of Index puts.
DIIs are net short by 17,485 (-2637) in Index Futures contracts.
