Nifty ends Flat

Nifty ends flat in volatile trading ahead of Fed meeting. Nifty’s range for the day is 69.55 points and it closed up by 0.01 % compared to Tuesday’s closing value.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 184 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net sellers to the tune of  Rs 231 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs bought 6,360  contracts of Index Futures and sold 15,030 contracts of Index calls.
They also bought 12,272  contracts of Index puts.
DIIs  are net short by 7,417 (+7) in Index Futures contracts.
