Nifty Recovers After Initial Crash!

Nifty recovers swiftly after the initial crash. Nifty’s range for the day is 473.95 points and it closed down 1.31% compared to Tuesday’s closing value.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 2095 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net buyers to the tune of  Rs 1116 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs bought 11,268 contracts of Index Futures and sold 3,456  contracts of Index calls.
They also bought 11,310  contracts of Index puts.
DIIs  are net long by 6,968 (down 328)  Index Futures contracts.
