Bulls are gasping for air. Will the bears take-over?

Bulls gasped for air and we had a volatile day. Nifty traded in a small range.

In cash segment, Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 291 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 655 crore.

In FNO segment, FIIs bought 10,573 contracts of Index Futures and sold 1,991 contracts of Index calls. They also bought 5,175 contracts of Index puts.
DIIs added 2,004 contracts of Index Futures shorts and they are net short by 14,614 contracts.

Nifty Put Call Ratio (PCR) data shows 8400 as support and 8600 as resistance.
