Comedy Central became the latest entrant in the liberal juggernaut of demonizing Hindu festivals. The liberal brigade which has an all year round outrage calendar against Hindu festivals starting with Holi, launched an all out attack on Diwali by asking people to avoid Firecrackers to save the environment while sitting in AC rooms and displayed their very touching once a year concern for stray dogs.

Comedy Central in a small contribution the the tolerant liberal cause, started airing clips from the popular sitcom ‘Friends’ to implore viewers to ‘keep it down’. Whatever the Right Wing brigade might say, we at Caustic News salute their save the environment initiative and also hope that they will show clips of Ms. Lisa Kudrow (who played a fiercely vegan character) to prevent people from consuming beef which has a equally devastating carbon footprint.

We also hope that some of her clips would also be shown to deter people from sacrificing animals during secular festivals. While we are at the subject of ‘Friends’, Matt LeBlanc who plays Joey on the show has a sprawling thousand acre estate and owns over a hundred automobiles, which Comedy central didn’t care to mention. Maybe it likes to distinguish between a good carbon footprint and a bad communal carbon footprint.
