The day looks more positive than negative. When the day Lord and Star Lord are same, it is generally bullish.
Saturn has entered its own star Anuradha (Anusham) since 10th July evening. Mars is moving to Scorpio sign  late Monday evening.

Review of 8th July Forecast

I expected Nifty to open positive but it  opened negative and made a day low at  9.40 AM and rallied to make a day high at 13.45 hours. Nifty  ended with a loss of 14 points.
