Nifty ends in Green

After five trading days, Nifty finally ends in Green. Nifty’s range for the day is 54.65 points and it closed down by 0.12 % compared to Thursday’s closing value.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 946 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net buyers to the tune of  Rs 557 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs bought 1,103 contracts of Index Futures and sold 17,564 contracts of Index calls.
They also bought 23,849  contracts of Index puts.
DIIs  are net short by 7,244 (down 1,455) in Index Futures contracts.

Nifty Put Call Ratio (PCR) data shows support at 8500 and resistance at 8700
