Nifty ends in green amid volatile trade. Nifty’s range for the day is 79.3 points and it closed up 0.55% compared to Monday’s closing value.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 87 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net buyers to the tune of  Rs 294 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs sold 4,573  contracts of Index Futures and sold 2,909  contracts of Index calls.
They also sold 9,078  contracts of Index puts.
DIIs  are net long by 7,296(up 3,995)  Index Futures contracts.
