Nifty ends lower for the 3rd day!

Nifty ends lower for the third consecutive day. Nifty’s range for the day is 59.9 points and it closed down by 0.14 % compared to Thursday’s closing value.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 56 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net sellers to the tune of  Rs 727 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs sold 13,820  contracts of Index Futures and sold 11,016 contracts of Index calls.
They also bought 11,178  contracts of Index puts.
DIIs  are net short by 9,404 (no change) in Index Futures contracts.
