Nifty slips into red!

Nifty ended lower for the second consecutive day. Nifty’s range for the day is 96.5 points and it closed down by 0.39 % compared to Wednesday’s closing value.

In the cash segment Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 354 crores and Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net sellers to the tune of  Rs 124 crores.

In FNO segment, FIIs sold 152  contracts of Index Futures and sold 6,944 contracts of Index calls.
They also bought 5,873  contracts of Index puts.
DIIs  are net short by 9,404 (up 220) in Index Futures contracts.
